Shipping & Returns 

Gray Knight Games currently offers shipping in the United States. International Shipping in not available at this time. 

SHIPPING

  • Gray Knight Games shipping price for purchases less then $99 is $7.99 and free shipping over $99. We ship orders using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The time in transit varies by carrier but ranges from 2-5 days once it leaves our store location in Roy, Utah. 1-2 Days to process the order for shipment once the order has been received. 

  • Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and other US Territory destinations do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • Gray Knight Games is not responsible for contacting customers to verify the most current address. It is the customers responsibility to update their address with Gray Knight Games if they move or need to update their address. We will not redirect packages at our cost in the case that a customer gives an inaccurate address or fails to update the address on an order before the order ships. The customer will assume the cost if the package is sent back to Gray Knight Games.

  • Gray Knight Games is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states delivered, please reach out to the appropriate shipping company.

  • All ship orders marked as delivered will be treated as such.  Please make arrangements to be home when delivery occurs or have your item delivered to a secure location to prevent package theft.  We cannot be responsible for package theft.

  • If you are using a freight forwarding company (or similar service), we are not responsible for any damages after it has been delivered to the location listed on the order. It is the customer's responsibility for any damage that may occur after the delivery to the address provided on the order.

  • LOCAL PICK-UPS: Please wait for a notification before picking up an order. We will prepare your order and notify you via email when it is ready for pickup with a date/dates and time. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Support@grayknightgames.com. Call/Text 385-244-7006. 

  • Gray Knight Games may list products for sale that are in-stock at a distributor and drop-shipped to us. Our processing time before an order ships is typically 4-7 business days, but can take up to 7+ business days (or more during a sale due to volume), beginning the first business day after your order is placed. They will be listed as Back-Order.

RETURNS

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund.*

  • If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "My Orders" tab on menu and gather the information you need to submit a return form.

  • we do not accept returns of any trading card games (i.e. Pokemon, Magic, Yugioh, etc.). This is to maintain integrity of our inventory.

  • If we mishandled your order, Gray Knight Games will provide a return label for the items (Ex. incorrect or defective item received).

  • Issues with board games, card games & miniatures missing components must have their parts replaced via the manufacturer. Please contact support@GrayKnightGames.com with the specifics and we will instruct you how to proceed.

  • A 15-20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Email support@GrayKnightGames.com with the order number that you would like to cancel, (preferably from the email on your Gray Knight Games account and order). All cancellations must be sent via email before shipment of items.

  • Please note: due to processing times, we can not guarantee cancellation of an order as it may already be processed and shipping to you.

  • If the shipment has been processed, the customer must open a return using the guidelines listed in the return policy.
